A Scorecard will be provided each day with a dot where strokes are awarded.

AGENDA
Sunday: August 23rd
A Cocktail Party will be held in the Crystal Room from 6:00 – 7:00 PM. An Updated Pairings Sheet will be available.
Dinner after is part of the Hotel Registration Fee. This is the Modified American Plan and you have the use of the Main Dining Room, The Jefferson Room, the Sam Snead Restaurant or the Casino if it is open.
Monday: August 24th
Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. Shuttles are available to the Cascades from the Casino if needed.
First day of Tournament competition on the Cascades Course and the Old Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses.
A Closest to the Pin contest will be held on each course with one Par 3 on each course designated for players 50-69 YOA and one for players 70 YOA and older. Prizes awarded at the Banquet.
The Board of Governors will meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM in the Dominion Room.
A Cocktail Party will be held in the Crystal Room from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.
The Annual Meeting Banquet will start at 07:30 PM in the Commonwealth Room.
The Banquet entrée is Garlic Marinated Gulf Prawns and Demi Crusted New York Strip. If a special dietary menu is desired please contact the Secretary.
Tuesday: August 25th
Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. Shuttles are available to the Cascades from the Casino if needed.
Second day of Tournament competition on the Cascades Course and the Old Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses.
Results:
The Secretary will email and post on the Website the results of the 83rd Competition.
The Secretary will have the Winners Prizes engraved and mailed accordingly.
