Emeritus 80YOA and 15 Years Membership 2

E 50-54YOA 1
Members will play three sets of tees asfollows:
a. Members 75 YOAand older will play the Red Tees (Approx 5000).
b. Members 65 to 74YOA will play the White Tees (Approx 5700).
c. Members 50 to 64YOA will play the Blue Tees (Approx 6200).
d. Members may playlonger tees if desired but handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
e. To qualify forthe Champion’s Trophy, Members play must be from the Blue Tees.
A Rules Sheet and Pace of Play sheet willbe in your cart on Monday and Tuesday morning.
A Scorecard will be provided each daywith a dot where strokes are awarded.
The Favors will be in your cart Mondaymorning.

Dinnerafter is part of the Hotel Registration Fee. This is the Modified American Plan and you have the use of the MainDining Room, The Jefferson Room, the Sam Snead Restaurant or the Casino if itis open.

Monday: August 29th
Breakfastserved in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. Shuttles areavailable to the Cascades from the Casino if needed. It has been arranged for extra front desk personal toaccommodate our early check out time to avoid long lines. If your bill under the door in your room iscorrect you can put your key in the box by the front door and depart. For those who have guests accompanying themit has also been for arranged for a 12:00 check out time.
Firstday of Tournament competition on the Cascades Course and the Old Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses.
AClosest to the Pin contest will be held on each course with one Par 3 on eachcourse designated for players 50-69 YOA and one for players 70 YOA andolder. Prizes awarded at the Banquet.
The Board ofGovernors will meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM inthe Mt. Vernon Room.
A Cocktail Partywill be held in the Grand Ballroom Foyer and Patio from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.
The AnnualMeeting Banquet will start at 07:30 PMin the East Grand Ballroom.
The Banquetentrée is Garlic Marinated Gulf Prawns and Demi Crusted New York Strip. If a special dietary menu is desired pleasecontact the Secretary.
