We have 127 players with 68 from WestVirginia and 59 from Virginia with the following breakdown by Category & Age:

Members will play three sets of tees as follows:
a. Members 75 YOA and older will play the Red Tees (Approx 5000).
b. Members 65 to 74 YOA will play the White Tees (Approx 5700).
c. Members 50 to 64 YOA will play the Blue Tees (Approx 6200).
d. Members may play longer tees if desired but handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
e. To qualify for the Champion’s Trophy, Members play must be from the Blue Tees.
A Rules Sheet and Pace of Play sheet will be in your cart on Monday and Tuesday morning.
A Scorecard will be provided each day with a dot where strokes are awarded.
The Favors will be in your cart Monday morning.

A Cocktail Party will be held in the Crystal Room from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. An Updated Pairings Sheet will be available.
Dinner after is part of the Hotel Registration Fee. This is the Modified American Plan and you have the use of the Main Dining Room, The Jefferson Room, or the Casino if it is open.

Monday: August 28th
Breakfastserved in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. Shuttles areavailable to the Cascades from the Casino if needed.
Firstday of Tournament competition on the Cascades Course and the Old Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses.
AClosest to the Pin contest will be held on each course with one Par 3 on eachcourse designated for players 50-69 YOA and one for players 70 YOA andolder. Prizes awarded at the Banquet.
The Board ofGovernors will meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM inthe Mt. Vernon Room.
A Cocktail Partywill be held in the Ballroom Foyer from 6:00– 7:00 PM.
The AnnualMeeting Banquet will start at 07:30 PMin the East Ballroom Room.
The Banquetentrée is Demi Crusted NY Strip and Gulf Prawns. Ifa special dietary menu is desired please contact the Secretary.
Tuesday: August 29th
Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. Shuttles are available to the Cascades from the Casino if needed. It has been arranged for extra front desk personal to accommodate our early check out time to avoid long lines. If your bill under the door in your room is correct you can put your key in the box by the front door and depart. For those who have guests accompanying them it has also been for arranged for a 12:00 check out time.
Second day of Tournament competition on the Cascades Course and the Old Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses. You will switch courses played on Monday.
Results:
TheSecretary will email to all and post on the Website the results of the 85thCompetition.
TheSecretary will have the Winners Individual Prizes engraved and mailedaccordingly.
TheSecretary will email to all participants a Critique Form to be completed and returned.
