We have 140 players with 86 from WestVirginia and 54 from Virginia with the following breakdown by Category &Age:

Members will play three sets of tees asfollows:
a. Members 75 YOAand older will play the Green Tees (Approx 5000).
b. Members 65 to 74YOA will play the White Tees (Approx 5700).
c. Members 50 to 64YOA will play the Blue Tees (Approx 6200).
d. Members may playlonger tees if desired but handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
e. To qualify forthe Champion’s Trophy, Members play must be from the Blue Tees.
f. Toqualify for the Cory Hogg Trophy, Member 70+YOA, Low Net, any tee.
A Rules Sheet and Pace of Play sheet willbe in your cart on Monday and Tuesday morning.
A Scorecard will be provided each daywith a dot where strokes are awarded.
The Favors will be in your cart Monday morning.

Sunday: August 19th,
ACocktail Party will be held in the Cameo Ballroom 6:00 – 7:30 PM. An UpdatedPairings Sheet will be available.
Dinneron Sunday is on your own.
Monday: August 20th
Breakfastis served in the Champions Room at the Golf House for those participating inthe Tournament, open 07:00 – 8:45 AM. Shuttles are available every 10 minutes fromthe North Entrance. Spouses/Guests may use the Main Dining Room.
Firstday of Tournament competition on the Old White TPC and the Meadows Courses. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses. Marshalling area is the Practice PuttingGreen.
AClosest to the Pin contest will be held on each course with one Par 3 on eachcourse designated for players 50-69 YOA and one for players 70 YOA andolder. Prizes awarded at the Banquet.
The Board ofGovernors will meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM inthe McKinley Room.
A Cocktail Partywill be held in the Chesapeake Room from 6:00– 7:00 PM.
The AnnualMeeting Banquet will start at 07:30 PMin the Chesapeake Room.

Tuesday: August 21st
Breakfastis served in the Champions Room at the Golf House for those participating inthe Tournament, open at 07:00 – 8:45 AM. Shuttles are available every 10 minutes fromthe North Entrance. Spouses/Guests may use the Main Dining Room. It has been arranged for extra front desk personal toaccommodate our early check out time to avoid long lines. If your bill under the door in your room iscorrect you can drop your key at the front desk and depart. For those who have guests accompanying themit has also been for arranged for a 12:00 check out time.
Secondday of Tournament competition on the Old White TPC and Meadows Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses. You will switch courses played on Monday.
Results:
TheSecretary will email to all and post on the Website the results of the 86thCompetition.
TheSecretary will have the Winners Individual Prizes engraved and mailedaccordingly.
