Hap is a one handicap, our 2015 President and plays out of Parkersburg CC, Vienna WV. He scored 74 on the Cascades Course and 73 on the Old Course. Hap is a three time Champion now (2011, 2013, and 2015).
Hap has been a member since 2006.
