ITINERARY- 2022
We have 124 players with 54 from Virginia and 70 from West Virginia with the following breakdown by Category & Age:

Members will play three sets of tees as follows:
a. Members 75 YOA and older will play the Green Tees (Approx 4900).
b. Members 65 to 74 YOA will play the White Tees (Approx 5500).
c. Members 50 to 64 YOA will play the Blue Tees (Approx 6100).
d. Members may play longer tees if desired but handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
e. To qualify for the Champion’s Trophy, Members play must be from the Blue Tees.
A Rules Sheet and Pace of Play sheet will be in your cart on Monday and Tuesday morning.
A Scorecard will be provided each day with a dot where strokes are awarded.
The Favors will be in your cart Monday morning.
AGENDA
Sunday: August 21st,
A Cocktail Party will be held in the Cameo Room from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. An Updated Pairings Sheet will be available. Jackets and ties for men are preferred.
Dinner is on your own.
Monday: August 22nd
Buffet Breakfast served in the Champions Room, doors open at 07:00 AM.
First day of Tournament competition on the Meadows Course and on the Old White TPC Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses.
A Closest to the Pin contest will be held on each course with one Par 3 on each course designated for players 50-69 YOA and one for players 70 YOA and older. Prizes awarded at the Banquet.
The Board of Governors will meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM in the McKinley Room.
A Cocktail Party will be held in the Chesapeake Room from 6:00– 7:00 PM. Jackets and ties for men are preferred.
The Annual Meeting Banquet will start at 07:30 PM in the Chesapeake Room.
The Banquet entrée is New York Strip Steak. If a special dietary menu is desired please contact the Secretary.
Tuesday: August 23rd
Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room, doors open at 07:00 AM. It has been arranged for extra front desk personal to accommodate our early check out time to avoid long lines. If your bill under the door in your room is correct you can put your key in the box by the front door and depart. For those who have guests accompanying them it has also been arranged for a 12:00 check out time.
Second day of Tournament competition on the Meadows Course and on the Old White TPC Course. A Shotgun Start will commence at 09:00 AM for both courses. You will switch courses played on Monday.
Results:
The Secretary will email to all and post on the Website the results of the 91s Competition.
The Secretary will have the Winners Individual Prizes engraved and mailed accordingly.
The Secretary will email to all participants how to complete the Critique.
